SHORE provides this limited warranty to the original purchaser of SHORE ROLATV brand products.
The warranty ensures that the product is free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal, indoor, residential, or commercial use conditions for the periods listed below:
Smart Cabinets: 2-year limited warranty;
Screens: 1-year limited warranty;
Projectors: Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the default product warranty period is one year from the date of receipt.
Warranty Coverage:
All quality-related defects for products purchased directly from SHORE website or authorized SHORE ROLATV distributors are covered by the limited warranty.
For after-sales warranty of laser TV cabinets, only new products are sent without repairs.

Shipping Time for Pre-sale Items
For products such as laser TV cabinets and rollable screens undergoing pre-sale, delivery time is 45-65 days after ordering.
Shipping Time for Overseas Warehouse Stocked Items
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order.
Local Warehouses:
We have local warehouses in Australia, North America, and Europe.
Shipping Times:
1. Australia:
Typical shipping time: 2-7 business days.
For metropolitan areas: 2-3 working days.
If the Laser TV Cabinet is out of stock at the local warehouse, it will be shipped from our CN warehouse. The estimated delivery time is 45-60 days.
2. North America and Europe:
Typical shipping time: 2-7 business days.
For EU customers from EU warehouses: 4-7 working days.
If the Laser TV Cabinet is out of stock at the local warehouse, it will be shipped from our CN warehouse. The estimated delivery time is 45-60 days.
(Note: The matte Laser TV Cabinet is out of stock in the US warehouse.)
3. Other Regions:
If your address is not in Australia, North America, or Europe, the parcel will be shipped directly from China. The delivery time is 90 days (10-14 Weeks) after the order is processed.

We cannot change your delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched.
